Orders ~
Popular products do sell out. If something you want is out of stock, check back in a few days, or email support@bellaeskincare.pk and we will tell you when it is due back in.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched we email you a courier tracking number and a tracking link. You can also sign in to My Account to see your order status at any time.
Occasionally we dispatch part of an order sooner so you are not waiting on one delayed item. If that happens we will tell you by email, and the remaining items follow shortly after at no extra delivery cost.
Email support@bellaeskincare.pk within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Unopened, unused items in sealed packaging can be returned for a full refund. Damaged, expired or incorrect items are replaced free of charge. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
You can change or cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Email support@bellaeskincare.pk with your order number as soon as possible and we will sort it out.
Products ~
Every product we stock is 100% genuine and sourced through authorised channels. We do not sell replicas, testers or grey-market stock. If you ever have reason to doubt the authenticity of something you bought from us, contact us and we will refund you in full.
Yes. Every item is checked before dispatch and we do not send anything with less than six months of shelf life remaining. If a product ever reaches you close to or past its expiry date, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
Full ingredient lists are printed on the original manufacturer packaging, and we list key ingredients on each product page. If you have an allergy and want to check a specific formula before ordering, email us and we will confirm the ingredients for you.
Keep your skincare somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Bathroom shelves are fine, but avoid leaving products on a sunny windowsill. Vitamin C serums and retinoids in particular last longer stored away from heat and light.
Not yet, but we are working on it. In the meantime we keep our packaging as minimal as we sensibly can while still protecting glass bottles in transit.
Gift Cards~
E-gift cards are emailed to the recipient within one hour of your order being confirmed. If it has not arrived, please check the spam folder before contacting us.
Gift cards are delivered by email, so there is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.
Gift cards can be redeemed on bellaeskincare.pk at checkout. Enter the code in the coupon field on the cart or checkout page.
Gift cards never expire and can be used across as many orders as you like until the balance runs out.
