Returns within Pakistan

Changed your mind? You can return any unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Because skincare is a personal-care category, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used or had their seal broken, unless the product arrived damaged, expired or incorrect.

How to return an item

01. Email support@bellaeskincare.pk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.

02. We will confirm your return and arrange a courier pickup, or share the return address with you.

03. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Where to send your return

We will share the return address with you by email once your return is approved. Please do not send anything back before you have that confirmation, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.
