Bellae Skin Care Shipping Information
We deliver right across Pakistan through trusted couriers including TCS and Leopards. Delivery is Rs 250 flat on any order, and completely free on orders over Rs 3,000.
All orders are dispatched from Lahore and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Out-of-stock items
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch. You can choose to wait for the restock, swap it for something else, or have that item refunded. We will never hold your whole order without telling you first.
Delivery costs and times
Orders placed before 4:00 pm (PKT), Monday to Saturday, are processed the same working day. Orders placed after that, or on Sunday and public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
Fragile items such as glass bottles and pump serums are wrapped in protective packaging at no extra cost. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
Delivery times: Lahore 1 to 2 working days. Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad 2 to 3 working days. All other cities 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Nationwide delivery
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. Your delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total, so there are no surprise fees. Import duties and taxes do not apply to domestic orders.
Tracking orders
As soon as your parcel leaves us you will receive an email with your courier tracking number and a tracking link. You can also sign in to My Account at any time to see your order status and history.
